一、产品特点及说明
LTCC天线是一种利用低温共烧陶瓷工艺,将天线结构以三维多层布线方式集成在陶瓷介质内部的微型化天线模块。LTCC天线的具有三维集成结构、高密度集成、设计灵活性强、适合批量生产等特点。LTCC天线的主要优点为:尺寸小、性能高、稳定性好、损耗低、热稳定性好、机械强度高、器件集成度高、产品一致性好、安装方便、批量生产价格便宜等。同时,LTCC天线也具有设计周期长、带宽相对较窄、样品制做相对成本较高、天线体具有脆性等不足之处。
LTCC天线能实现比传统的PCB天线在尺寸上小得多,减少了外围元件数量、焊点和连线、提高了系统的可靠性,简化了射频电路设计的复杂性、缩短产品开发周期,减少了因天线个体差异带来的调试的工作量,适合SMD快速贴片生产,降低组装成本,非常适合便携式设备,LTCC天线是一种通过先进陶瓷工艺实现高度集成化、微型化、高性能的天线解决方案,完美的结合了现代消费电子和物联网设备向更小、更薄、功能更多、更可靠的发展趋势。

三、注意事项及用途
LTCC天线(叠层陶瓷天线)广泛地应用在智能手机、平板电脑、蓝牙、GPS、NFC、Wi-Fi 、智能手表、手环、AR/VR眼镜、物联网模块、汽车电子、医疗、微型T/R组件、卫星电话、 Sub-1G 、AGPS等系统中。在使用时,注意接地端接地良好,否则会影响其它指标。产品应贮存在环境温度为-10℃~40℃、相对湿度不大于80%、周围环境无酸性、碱性以及其它无有害气体的库房中。清洗时要禁止浸泡,建议用酒精擦试。
