一、产品特点及说明
LTCC天线(陶瓷叠层天线)的生产工艺技术是用低温(在900℃的温度下烧结)烧结陶瓷粉料制成厚度精确、质地致密的生瓷带,再在生瓷带上利用激光打孔、微孔注浆、精密导体浆印制等工艺制成,并将多个被动元器埋入多层陶瓷基板中,再叠压在一起,内外电极可分别使用金、铜、银等金属,而后制成三维空间互不干扰的高密度电路基板。 利用LTCC工艺技术进一步将电路小型化和高密度化,非常适用于在高频通讯类产品使用。
