一、Characteristics  


      MBF2R7/3R7 thin-film bandpass filter is 50Ω input and output, gold wire bonding, frequency is 2.7GHz-3.7GHz, center frequency is 3.2GHz, bandwidth is 1000MHz, out-of-band rejection is greater than or equal to 40 dB@2.2GHz; Greater than or equal to 40 dB@4.4 GHz. 七、Matters needing attention


  1.  It is recommended to use the device in separate cavities, about 0.2mm from the side wall, about 3mm from the surface of the top cover, and the device ports are interchangeable.

  2.  A low stress conductive adhesive, such as ME8465, is recommended for bonding the device.

    3. The device should be installed on a carrier such as cov (recommended) or molybdenum copper and the thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate (6.5~8.0ppm/℃), and the thickness of the carrier is ≥0.2mm

         4.  When used, it is recommended that the bond of the microstrip line be matched with a T-shape structure, and the specific size of the T-shape is shown in the following figure.
