一、Characteristics
MBF1R98/2R08 is a thin-film bandpass filter (also known as thin film microstrip filter), using ceramic substrate, gold wire bonding microstrip process, through electroplating, lithography, sputtering and other high-precision thin-film semiconductor processing and welding process, so as to form a thin-film circuit. The MBF1R98/2R08 thin-film bandpass filter is 50Ω input and output, the frequency is 1.98GHz-2.08GHz, the bandwidth is 0.1GHz, the center frequency is 2.03GHz, and the out-of-band rejection is greater than or equal to 40 dB@1.5GHz. Greater than or equal to 40 dB@2.5 GHz. The operating temperature is -55℃~+85℃, the storage temperature is -55℃~+125℃, and the maximum output power is 33dBm. It has the advantages of high performance, low temperature, wide temperature range, high power, small size, high line accuracy, good temperature characteristics, high integration, easy welding, light weight, good performance and high stability. Used in multi-module integrated circuits.

七、Attention
1. The device is recommended to be used in separate cavities, about 0.2mm from the side wall, about 3mm from the surface of the top cover, and the device ports are interchangeable.
2. Devices are recommended to be bonded with a low-stress conductive adhesive such as ME8465
3. The device should be installed on a carrier such as cov (recommended) or molybdenum copper and the thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate (6.5~8.0ppm/℃), and the thickness of the carrier is ≥0.2mm
4. When used, it is recommended that the bond of the microstrip line be matched with a T-shape structure, and the specific size of the T-shape is shown in the following figure
