一、Characteristics

   

     433.920MHz surface acoustic wave resonator, referred to as R433 sound meter resonator. The R433 has a center frequency of 433.920MHz, a frequency tolerance of ±75MHz, and a package form of SMD 3mm*7mm. R433 3070 Sound meter resonator has small insertion loss (≤1.2dB), temperature (temperature: -20℃--+70℃; Storage temperature: -45℃--+85℃) good performance, excitation power is 10 μW ~ 100 μW, electrostatic capacitance is 7.0pF Max, aging rate ≤10ppm/year(the first year), High integration, easy welding, good weldability, light weight, good performance, high stability, cheap and easier to install than the traditional ceramic resonator, smaller volume and so on. The biggest disadvantage of the R433 sound meter resonator is that the bandwidth is too narrow (tens of KHZ), resulting in extremely slow download speed.

      The center frequency of the R433 surface acoustic wave resonator (433.920MHz) is in a 50Ω test system, and the insertion loss of the resonator is measured to be 1.2dB at the test temperature of +25 ° C ±2 °C.

 

     ◆ Frequency aging refers to the change in the center frequency (433.920MHz) over time and is measured at +65 ° C (or above) for long periods of time. Typically, the degree of aging is highest in the first year after production and gradually decreases in subsequent years.

     

    ◆ arget temperature refers to the temperature measured from the lowest frequency 433.845MHz to 433.920MHz and then to the highest frequency 433.950MHz。

     

    ◆  The nominal frequency at any temperature can be calculated by :f = f0 [1-FTC (T0-TC)*2].
