一、Characteristics
WIFI 6/6E filter is a common filter model for routers in 5G band. Its working principle is based on the characteristics and resonance phenomenon of ceramic materials. By selecting appropriate ceramic materials and designing reasonable resonators, specific signals are selected and filtered to achieve the purpose of separating currents of different frequencies. The use of 5G frequency band is the use of 5G's high speed, many channels, relatively less interference, and can easily cope with multi-user, multi-input, multi-output and positive frequency division address characteristics.
WIFI 6/6E filter has low delay, flat in-band amplitude and frequency characteristics, small insertion loss, high out-of-band inhibition, low temperature coefficient, good thermal stability (stable and reliable performance in the full temperature range, meeting the requirements of military working environment (-55℃ ~ +85℃), meeting the requirements of military working environment (-55℃ ~ +85℃), Input/output 50Ω (if 75Ω is required, it must be specified) impedance matching, easy to cascade use, input/output interchangeable use, small size, light weight, flexible design and easy installation.

三、Application & attention
WIFI 6/6E filters are widely used in base stations, routers, RF microwave, repeater, mobile communications and consumer electronics. Storage should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Note that the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators will be affected. Do not use wave soldering during welding. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
The company has a variety of sizes of WIFI 6/6E filters for users to choose from, can be customized bandwidth from 160MHz to 1.19GHz WIFI 6/6E filters. The design is flexible. Because the indicators of microwave components are related to each other and sound to each other, the user needs to clearly state the indicator requirements before customization. Once the product is made, it cannot be changed. If there are indicators that exceed the physical limit of the material itself, the best indicators can be achieved through negotiation between the two parties.
