The main function of the S-band ceramic diplexer is to allow two different signal sources to share the same transmission medium in order to complete the communication task in a limited space. 一、Characteristics


    S-band ceramic diplexers (also known as S-band dielectric diplexers) have a wide frequency coverage range of 2GHz-4GHz, and the diplexers made using this frequency band are called S-band ceramic diplexers. The function of the ceramic diplexer is to distinguish the frequency range of the input or output signal by using filtering, thus ensuring that two different signal sources do not interfere with each other. The main function of the ceramic diplexer is to allow two different signal sources to share the same transmission medium in order to complete the communication task in a limited space. The diplexer can realize the simultaneous transmission and reception of signals, improve the efficiency of communication, and is usually used to distinguish the frequency of sending and receiving signals, and has the ability to control bandwidth.


S-band ceramic double-tool has strong penetration ability, strong anti-interference ability, low temperature coefficient, good thermal stability, input/output 50Ω impedance matching (75Ω needs special description), easy to cascade use, stable and reliable performance in the full temperature range, to meet the requirements of military working environment (-55℃ ~ +85℃). Flat in-band frequency characteristics, small insertion loss, high out-of-band suppression, good consistency, high Q value, small standing wave, small volume, light weight, flexible design, can be designed according to user requirements and installation methods. The limit parameters of the S-band ceramic diplexer: the maximum input power is 20W, and the storage temperature range is -65℃~+125℃.

三、Application & attention

     

    S-band dielectric diplexers (also known as S-band ceramic diplexers) are widely used in repeater stations, satellite communications, radar, T/R components, RF microwave, mobile communications and electronic products with duplex communication capabilities. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Note that the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators will be affected. Do not use wave soldering during welding. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol. 


     The S-band diplexer is flexible in design and can be customized according to customer requirements.
