一、Characteristics
S-band ceramic filters have a wide frequency coverage range of 2GHz-4GHz, and the filters made using this frequency band are called S-band ceramic filters. The function of the S-band ceramic filter is to filter out the noise and let useful signals pass through, so as to achieve the purpose of separating currents of different frequencies. Ceramic filters are mainly used in bandwidth control circuits such as frequency selection networks, intermediate frequency tuning, frequency discrimination and filtering.
S-band media filter has bandwidth control ability, strong penetration ability, strong anti-interference ability, high-end parasitic passband far, low temperature coefficient, good thermal stability (stable and reliable performance in the full temperature range), meet the requirements of the military working environment (-55℃ ~ +85℃), input/output 50Ω impedance matching, easy to cascade use, input/output interchangeable use. Flat in-band frequency characteristics, small insertion loss, high out-of-band suppression, good consistency, high Q value, small standing wave, small volume, light weight, flexible design and easy installation. The maximum input power of the S-band dielectric filter is 20W (limit power), the operating temperature range is -55 ° C ~+85 ° C, and the storage temperature range is -65 ° C ~+125 ° C.

三、Application & attention
S-band dielectric filters are widely used in UAV, radar, T/R components, RF microwave, mobile communications and consumer electronics. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Note that the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators will be affected. Do not use wave soldering during welding. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe .
The S-band dielectric filter design is flexible and can be customized according to customer requirements. The company has a variety of sizes for users to choose from, can be customized from 2GHz - 4GHz S-band dielectric filter. Because the indicators of microwave components are related to each other and sound to each other, the user needs to clearly state the indicator requirements before customization. This kind of product belongs to the relatively strong customization of the product, the product has been made, it cannot be changed.
