Low temperature co-fired ceramic triplexers (LTCC triplexers for short) are devices that share one node (or port) and three filters (or ports). The function of LTCC triplexer in frequency division duplex system is to realize spectrum management effectively and improve the performance and efficiency of wireless system. The advantages of LTCC triplexers are low plug loss, low cost, small size, high reliability, higher power, more favorable for building into the module, and a variety of frequency models, sizes and terminal structures. A common triplex application is to combine two diplexers into a single triplexer where two diplexers are normally required to achieve the purpose of saving board space.
LTCC three tools are: miniaturization, integration, low insertion loss, high rejection, can be customized from 30MHz to millimeter wave frequency development. It can meet the operating temperature range of -55 ˚C to +125˚C, and the output power range of 2-8W. High reliability electroplating nickel tin end electrode, nickel palladium metal end electrode.

三、Application & attention
LTCC triplers are widely used in satellite communications, phased array radar, data link, electronic warfare, navigation, vehicle, aviation, aerospace, AP router, CPE, NB-IOT, 4G CAT1/CAT4, 5G, UWB and other mobile iot connections as well as Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E for low loss and other mobile fields. In use, pay attention to the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise it will affect the out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators, the welding temperature can not be too high, the time can not be too long. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended, and wave soldering is not recommended. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
LTCC triplexers are flexible in design and can be customized according to customer requirements.
