The principle of ceramic waveguide filter is to use the resonator effect to filter the specific frequency signal. In the high-frequency field, the role of the waveguide filter is to provide excellent filtering performance and reliable signal transmission, so that useful signals pass through to achieve the purpose of separating currents of different frequencies. The main applications of ceramic waveguide filter are signal enhancement, signal frequency selection, signal suppression, signal shape adjustment and signal processing.
Dielectric waveguide filters have high frequency selectivity (frequency range 700MHZ~1) 5GHz), insertion loss of 0.1 ~ 3dB (varies with bandwidth), strong anti-interference ability, high power resistance, wide operating temperature (-55 ~ +85℃) range, low input and output standing wave (1.3:1), high Q value, small temperature drift, high rectangularity, good remote suppression, good temperature stability, input/output 50Ω (75Ω must be specified) Impedance matching, easy to cascade use; The performance is stable and reliable in the whole temperature range, and it can meet the requirements of military working environment (-55℃ ~ +85℃), etc. The biggest disadvantage of the waveguide filter is that the size is significantly larger than other resonators that can be applied in the microwave segment.

In the high-frequency field, waveguide filters can provide excellent filtering performance and reliable signal transmission. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not use wave soldering during welding. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
