一、Characteristics

Bandpass filter has a good function of frequency selection and filtering in circuits and electronic high frequency systems, and can suppress unwanted signals and noise outside the frequency band. LC bandpass filter has the characteristics of short delivery time, good consistency, high reliability input/output 50Ω (or 75Ω, it must be specially noted) impedance matching, easy to use cascaded, flat in-band frequency characteristics, small insertion loss, high out-of-band inhibition, narrow transition frequency band, stable and reliable performance in the full temperature range of -55℃ ~ +85℃.
LC bandpass filter can meet the continuous impact force of 30 grams in 11 milliseconds; It can meet the continuous vibration of 100 grams in the frequency of 5 ~ 500Hz. 三、Application & attention
LC bandpass filters are widely used in electronic countermeasures, remote sensing, telemetry, civil aviation, airport tower, naval ships, microwave communication, subway communication, public security fire protection, mobile communication, satellite communication, medical equipment and other electronic equipment and communication systems. When in use, the input/output outlet can be used interchangeably, but it should be noted that the welding temperature should not be too high, the time should not be too long, the shell is well grounded, otherwise it will affect the out-of-band suppression and flatness index. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. If reflow welding is used, the recommended melting point temperature of the solder is 180 ° C, and wave soldering is not recommended. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
