陶瓷低通滤波器是通过选择合适的陶瓷材料和设计合理的谐振腔来实现对特定信号的过滤作用,主要用于选频网络,以达到分隔不同频率电流的目的。陶瓷低通滤波器具有高抑制度、低插损、高功率、Q值高、幅频/相频特性好、信噪比高、热稳定性好、低温度系数、表面贴装、体积小、重量轻等优势,广泛应用于基站、路由器、无人机、雷达、T/R组件、射频微波、Wi-Fi、直放站、移动通信领域及消费类电子产品。

一、产品特点及说明


        介质滤低通波器(也称陶瓷低通滤波器)的特点是当信号低于截止频率时,信号能正常通过;当信号高于某一频率时,信号将大幅衰减。陶瓷低通滤波器的工作原理是基陶瓷材料的特性和共振现象,通过选择合适的陶瓷材料和设计合理的谐振腔来实现对特定信号的过滤。陶瓷滤波器的作用于把杂讯滤掉,让有用的信号通过,以达到分隔不同频率电流为目的。陶瓷低通滤波器主要用于选频网络,以达到分隔不同频率电流的目的。


      陶瓷低通滤波器具有频率范围广(300MHz ~ 10GHz)、高抑制度、低插损、高功率、Q值高、幅频/相频特性好、信噪比高、热稳定性好、低温度系数、表面贴装、体积小、重量轻、焊接方便、输入/输出50Ω阻抗匹配,易于级联使用全温范围内性能稳定可靠,满足军用工作环境要求(-55℃~+85℃)等优势

三、注意事项及用途

     

       陶瓷低通滤波器广泛应用于基站、T/R组件、射频微波、Wi-Fi、直放站、移动通信领域及消费类电子产品。在使用时,注意接地端接地良好,否则会影响带外抑制及平坦度指标。焊接时温度使用推荐温度,不能过高,时间也不能过长。若采用回流焊焊接,建议使用推荐温度,不宜用波峰焊接。产品应贮存在环境温度为-10℃~40℃、相对湿度不大于80%、周围环境无酸性、碱性以及其它无有害气体的库房中。清洗时要禁止浸泡,建议用酒精擦试。 


      本公司有多种尺寸的陶瓷低通滤波器(介质低通滤波器)供用户选择,可定制 从300MHz 至 10GHz的陶瓷低通滤波器,陶瓷高通滤波器陶瓷带通滤波器陶瓷带阻滤波器。设计灵活。因为微波元器件的各指标之间相互牵连,相互景响,所以用户在定制前需明确说明指标要求。产品已经制成,则无法更改。如有指标要求超过材料本身物理极限,可通f过双方协商来达到最佳指标。
