陶瓷低通滤波器是通过选择合适的陶瓷材料和设计合理的谐振腔来实现对特定信号的过滤作用,主要用于选频网络,以达到分隔不同频率电流的目的。陶瓷低通滤波器具有高抑制度、低插损、高功率、Q值高、幅频/相频特性好、信噪比高、热稳定性好、低温度系数、表面贴装、体积小、重量轻等优势,广泛应用于基站、路由器、无人机、雷达、T/R组件、射频微波、Wi-Fi、直放站、移动通信领域及消费类电子产品。

一、产品特点及说明


        介质滤低通波器(也称陶瓷低通滤波器)的工作原理是基陶瓷材料的特性和共振现象,通过选择合适的陶瓷材料和设计合理的谐振腔来实现对特定信号的过滤作用。陶瓷低通滤波器具有高抑制度、低插损、高功率、Q值高、幅频/相频特性好、信噪比高、热稳定性好、低温度系数、表面贴装、体积小、重量轻等优势陶瓷滤波器除了梳状型外,也可以实现交指型设计,主要用于选频网络,以达到分隔不同频率电流的目的。

三、注意事项及用途

     

       介质滤低通波器(也称陶瓷低通滤波器)是用特殊陶瓷材料烧结而成,具有体积小、焊接方便、输入/输出50Ω阻抗匹配,易于级联使用全温范围内性能稳定可靠,满足军用工作环境要求(-55℃~+85℃);陶瓷低通滤波器使用时注意外壳良好接地,否则会影响带外抑制及平坦度指标,广泛应用于基站、路由器、无人机、雷达、T/R组件、射频微波、Wi-Fi、直放站、移动通信领域及消费类电子产品。


       本公司可定制介质/陶瓷滤波器,介质/陶瓷高通滤波器、介质/陶瓷低通滤波器、介质/陶瓷带阻滤波器、介质/陶瓷带通滤波器。定制介质/陶瓷低通滤波器需用户提出合理要求,对超出材料物理极限的参数要求,可通过双方协商来达到最佳指标。
