一、Characteristics
TDF series dielectric filter (also known as ceramic filter) is a new series dielectric filter that removes the metal shell of the resonator, miniaturizes, and has a special substrate structure with low backing. It is mainly used for frequency selection network to achieve the purpose of separating currents of different frequencies. Dielectric filter has the advantages of high rejection, low insertion loss, high power, high Q value, good amplitude-frequency/phase-frequency characteristics, high signal-to-noise ratio, good thermal stability, low temperature coefficient, surface mount, small volume, light weight and so on.

三、Application & attention
TDF series dielectric filters (also known as ceramic filters) are widely used in base stations, routers, T/R components, RF microwave, Wi-Fi, repeater and mobile communication fields. When in use, the input/output outlet can be used interchangeably, but it should be noted that the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise it will affect out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators. When welding, it is recommended to use the recommended temperature, not to use wave welding. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
The product design of this category is flexible, but it is a product with strong customization, and the product has been made, it cannot be changed. Because the indicators of microwave components are associated with each other. Therefore, the user needs to clearly state the indicator requirements before customization. If the index requirements exceed the physical limit of the material itself, the best index can be achieved through mutual consultation.
