一、Characteristics
Te01delta-mode dielectric resonators (also known as TE01delta-mode ceramic resonators) are mechanical resonators made of highly stable ceramic materials with pressure effects by firing. When a voltage is applied, it deforms due to the piezoelectric effect and resonates at a specific frequency, the resonance frequency of which is determined by its vibration mode and the length and thickness of the ceramic substrate. The shortcoming of the TE01δ mode dielectric resonator is that its frequency accuracy is poor, usually, the frequency accuracy of the quartz crystal is 0.001%, but in the mode ceramic resonator it reaches 0.5%, so the mode ceramic resonator is limited to the circuit with low precision requirements.
TE01δ mode dielectric resonator has a wide range of dielectric constant (covering 6-130), high Q value, low temperature, used in microwave circuits such as oscillators in wireless communication, usually with filters, multiplexers, and other communication signals, which is used to form the miniaturization of microwave circuits and the basic device for the composition of high performance products.
