一、Characteristics

     The main role of LTCC high-pass filters (also known as LTCC low-cut-off filters or low-temperature co-fired ceramic low-resistance filters) is to remove or attenuate components below a certain frequency from the signal, while allowing components above that frequency to pass through. This filter helps to improve the quality of the signal, enhancing the high frequency part of the signal and suppressing the low frequency part. The LTCC high-pass filter is characterized by allowing frequencies higher than a certain cut frequency to pass, while greatly attenuating lower frequencies, and also removing unnecessary low-frequency components in the signal or removing low-frequency interference components.

四、Application & attention

     

        LTCC high-pass filters are widely used in WLAN, DSTV, Bluetooth, satellite TV, PHS and cordless telephones. When in use, pay attention to the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise it will affect out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators. The welding temperature should not be too high and the welding time should not be too long. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended, and wave soldering is not recommended. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
