Ceramic low-pass filter is to filter specific signals by selecting suitable ceramic materials and designing reasonable resonators, which is mainly used in frequency selection network to achieve the purpose of separating different frequency currents. Ceramic low-pass filter has the advantages of high inhibition, low insertion loss, high power, high Q value, good amplitude/phase frequency characteristics, high signal-to-noise ratio, good thermal stability, low temperature coefficient, surface mount, small volume, light weight, etc. Widely used in base stations, routers, drones, radar, T/R components, RF microwave, Wi-Fi, repeater, mobile communications and consumer electronics.

一、Characteristics
The characteristic of dielectric filter low-pass filter (also known as ceramic low-pass filter) is that when the signal is lower than the cutoff frequency, the signal can pass normally; When the signal is above a certain frequency, the signal will be greatly attenuated. The working principle of ceramic low-pass filter is based on the characteristics and resonance phenomenon of ceramic materials, by selecting suitable ceramic materials and designing reasonable resonators to filter specific signals. The function of the ceramic filter is to filter out the noise and let the useful signal pass through, so as to achieve the purpose of separating the current of different frequencies. Ceramic low-pass filters are mainly used in frequency selection networks to separate currents of different frequencies.
Dielectric low-pass filter has a wide frequency range (300MHz ~ 10GHz), high inhibition, low insertion loss, high power, high Q value, good amplitude-frequency/phase-frequency characteristics, high signal-to-noise ratio, good thermal stability, low temperature coefficient, surface mount, small size, light weight, easy welding, input/output 50Ω impedance matching, easy to cascade use; The performance is stable and reliable in the full temperature range, meeting the military working environment requirements (-55℃ ~ +85℃) and other advantages.

三、Application & attention
Ceramic low-pass filters are widely used in base stations, T/R components, RF microwave, Wi-Fi, repeater, mobile communications and consumer electronics. When in use, pay attention to the grounding end is well grounded, otherwise it will affect out-of-band suppression and flatness indicators. The welding temperature should not be too high and the welding time should not be too long. If reflow welding is used, the recommended temperature is recommended, and wave soldering is not recommended. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
The company has a variety of sizes of ceramic low-pass filters (dielectric low-pass filters) for users to choose from, can be customized from 300MHz to 10GHz ceramic low-pass filters, ceramic high-pass filters, ceramic band-pass filters, ceramic band-stop filters. The design is flexible. Because the indicators of microwave components are related to each other and sound to each other, the user needs to clearly state the indicator requirements before customization. Once the product is made, it cannot be changed. If there are indicators that exceed the physical limit of the material itself, the best indicators can be achieved through negotiation between the two parties.
