一、Characteristics
The structure of a metal cavity diplexer is a combination of two filters (transmit filter and receive filter), sharing a common node (antenna), allowing the device to transmit signal (Tx) and receive signal (Rx) at the same time, and also ensuring that the passband of each filter does not load the other filter. The reason why the metal cavity diplexer housing is again plated with other metal materials (such as silver, copper, etc.) is to improve the electrical characteristics, increase the current and minimize the frequency drift that occurs with temperature.
The metal cavity double-tool has high isolation, small in-band fluctuation, low standing wave, flat in-band amplitude-frequency characteristics, far high-end parasitic passband, 50Ω impedance matching input and output (if 75Ω is required, special explanation is required), easy to cascade use, and has a variety of interface types for users to choose from. In the whole temperature range (-55℃~+85℃), the performance is stable and reliable, and the power is large (with 1KW continuous wave and 8KW peak power processing capacity).
The suitable frequency range for metal cavity diplexers is 30 MHz to 40 GHz, from less than 0.5% to more than 66% bandwidth optional. In the frequency range of DC-750mhz, it has excellent port standing sweep and low insertion loss, and the isolation degree is greater than 30dB, and it can reach more than 70dB in the frequency range of DC-340mhz. The operating temperature range is -55℃~+85℃; The storage temperature ranges from -65℃ to +125℃.

When in use, pay attention to the good grounding of the shell, otherwise it will affect the out-of-band suppression and flatness index. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
