Ngong Ping 360 in Hong Kong is a very large-scale cable car system connecting Tung Chung and Ngong Ping on Lantau Island. Due to the largest scale of the project and the surrounding facilities, the management and maintenance of the entire system have brought great difficulties.

     After the implementation of the entire program in 2004, the system was put into use at the end of June 2006. In June 2007, the transformation began, and the intelligent management system was upgraded.

        After several tests, the hardware part and software part of the system have been deeply optimized for many times, but the expected effect has not been achieved.
