一、Characteristics

      

     The R320 center frequency is 320MHz, the frequency tolerance is ±75KHz, and the package form is SMD 3mm*7mm. R320 3070 resonator has small insertion loss (≤1.2dB), temperature (temperature: -20℃--+70℃; Storage temperature: -45℃--+85℃) good performance, excitation power is 10 μW ~ 100 μW, electrostatic capacitance is 7.0pF Max, aging rate is ±5ppm/year(the first year), High integration, easy welding, good weldability, light weight, good performance, high stability, cheap and easier to install than the traditional ceramic resonator, smaller volume and so on. The biggest drawback of the R320 sound meter resonator is that the bandwidth is too narrow (tens of KHZ), resulting in extremely slow download speeds.

五、Application & attention

         

      Target temperature refers to the temperature measured from the lowest frequency of 319.925MHz to 320MHz and then to the highest frequency of 320.075MHz.

 

     ◆ The nominal frequency at any temperature can be calculated by :f = f0 [1-FTC (T0-TC)*2].

     

    ◆ The center frequency (320MHz) of the R320 surface acoustic wave resonator was measured at a temperature of + 25±2 ° C in a 50Ω test system with an insertion loss of 1.4dB.

     

    ◆  Frequency aging refers to the change in the center frequency (320MHz) over time and is measured at +65 ° C (or above) for a long time. Typically, the degree of aging is highest in the first year after production and gradually decreases in subsequent years.


      R320 resonators are widely used in remote control, wireless transmitter module, wireless smart socket, smart door lock, wireless doorbell, wireless alarm, wireless communication system and remote transmitter. When used, the welding temperature should not be too high, and the time should not be too long. If reflow welding is used, reference temperature is recommended, and wave crest welding is not recommended. Products should be stored in the ambient temperature of -10℃~40℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%, the surrounding environment is not acidic, alkaline and other harmful gases in the warehouse. Do not soak when cleaning, it is recommended to wipe with alcohol.
