Greater than or equal to 40 dB@3.5 GHz. The operating temperature is -55℃~+85℃, the storage temperature is -55℃~+125℃, and the maximum output power is 33dBm. 七、Attention
1. The device is recommended to be used in separate cavities, about 0.2mm from the side wall, about 3mm from the surface of the top cover, and the device ports are interchangeable.
2. Devices are recommended to be bonded with a low-stress conductive adhesive such as ME8465.
3. The device should be installed on a carrier such as cov (recommended) or molybdenum copper and the thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate (6.5~8.0ppm/℃), and the thickness of the carrier is ≥0.2mm.
4. When used, it is recommended that the bond of the microstrip line be matched with a T-shape structure, and the specific size of the T-shape is shown in the following figure.
